is the site broken or what

I'm starting to wonder if it's worth paying more to use a different company to send my stuff back home. I just finished measuring my boxes, filling in the info for the stuff I packed, got all the shipping estimates... only to find out the site won't accept my payment. I called customer service and found out you can only pay with a credit card (why?) so i went back to try again.... and the site stopped working. I can't find my cart with the estimates that I literally just put in and when I try to start a new parcel it won't let me. So I basically filled all those things out for nothing.

Business site is useless. No, lets not disparage "useless". It's less than useless. Can't load print a label page. Tried 4 different browsers. Tried clearing cache and browsing history. Tried incognito mode. No bueno. POS.
