I received n email that my acct hasn't been paid for 2 months! It is Directly sent from my bank and was paid. Took forever but Roxanne finally found the payments . Over 100.00 dollars n late fees were taken off! It's been being paid over year now and I've never gotten Email like this before! I Tried calling Syncronicity Bank in UT. N messages full??? Could not login to the regular CareCredit Synchrony Website to make my monthly payment, so used the CareCredit app from Google Play. Was Able to make a payment on the date due, and received a confirmation email, but then today, 10/10/2021 @ 0038 hrs. I couldn't get an answer from CareCredit Synchrony, as their website is STILL down at this time. I have proof I made my payment and I paid it on time!

What is going on with so much constant carecredit outage?!? Website AND Phone options are messed up. Again. Especially when our payments are due....Are we then going to get dinged with "late fees" (at the bank's gain), if we can't reach the issuing "bank" by website or phone to get the task accomplished????
