error with payment details - pending hold on account though no order processed.

Same here ... transaction not completed yet pending hold on my account. I'm told there is a system check to protect the Chanel brand and my account is locked, I cannot order for 30 days!! Ridiculous, no order was processed!

Chanel.com Rejecting CORRECT Payment Info

Chanel.com error says payment info is incorrect (even though it IS correct) but charges appear in your bank transactions as Pending! However there are no pending Orders on chanel.com website. Chat is overwhelmed and auto-redirecting to email, to which no-one is answering. Disputed charges with my card company, and unsure about trying again to place any more failing orders.
