It's doing an 'an error has occured' thing. Worst part is it still uses up a message. Is that the same as everyone else's problem?

Not Working

For those wondering, just in case, I too, am having issues generating messages on both the website and app. Loading chats and the main page on both of them also seems to take a while as well.

Typing Box is Missing

For some reason the box where you type in messages is not visible, so I can’t send any messages at all. It also wont show me how many stars I have? It’s been like this for a week now and I even reached out to an email listed in the app’s support information on the store and no response. Can someone help me out?
