Dreaded red banner

Same as person below - can log in, but half of the home page won't load once logged. Buttons are blank with no text saying what they are for, empty spaces where hyperlinked graphics should be and under each page - prescriptions, find care, etc. - all fail to load. Website even says my medical coverage has lapsed (which it hasn't - and I have confirmed this with them over chat). Previously, we could look-up dental or eye care doctors (for which we definitely don't have coverage) but no medical. Seems to be getting less functional despite multiple tickets filed with chat. Have used multiple browsers - Chrome, Firefox, Safari and 2 different accounts. Last week we could still see claims information but today- the dreaded red banner.
