Can't authenticate my log in with 2fa because the code isn't sent to my cellphone.

Also can't buy tickets in advance through the website using a credit card.

Cineplex website doesnt do anything

I tried all the webrowsers but the Cineplex website doesnt do anything just loads the main page and nothing can be clicked, ie. top left "menu"-nothing happens, "Get tickets"shows this error "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

You CAN'T purchase tickets on this website OR app

Been trying to register.. and purchase a movie for over an hour..... it declines every time with different cards, web browsers, apps, etc. and what's worse? each seat I pick STAYS full. So now there's seats unavailable but... are actually AVAILABLE.

Site shuts down when i purchase tickets and it charges me but I receive absolutely nothing

I tried to purchase tickets for an event on May 3. Everything was going fine, I entered my bank information, and clicked proceed..." Sorry, Cineplex online ticketing has encountered a problem. Please try again later." I had no information on the status of my payment, so I went to check my bank account and I saw that Cineplex had charged me. Although, I never received a confirmation email or tickets. I even went to check on the mobile app "my tickets" and found nothing. Also, I went back on the website to see if the seats I selected appeared as selected, but no. The seats were still available. I called customer service, and they said they will refund me, but last time that happened (yes my parents had the same exact problem) I'm not even sure if they refunded them. It's really disappointing to see that the site keeps failing, and that I keep getting charged but literally have nothing.

I am able to select the theatre, the movie, the date and the time. Then when I click Proceed, I get a mostly blank screen that starts counting down from 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, nothing else has happened and I am timed out.

look I'm going to be honest, the site is just horrendous. it takes ages to load the simplest things, it doesn't respond half the time to any action, and i have to go through google more times then not to navigate to a page that loads. It has a HUGE inline script that doesn't need to be there, does not seam to be scaling image quality and may be loading absolutely massive images instead of down res'ed to the user lot alone the div its being put in. every time I have to use the site there is a new hassle. the last iteration certainly wasn't this bad. but this is is just frustrating to use its like its from the earlier 90s.

This is very disappointing and I will never let you forget this.
My day has been ruined and my life is in shambles. This is the worst thing to happen to me since I did not watch 'Despicable Me 2' in immersive 3D technology.
