Cannot check out. Each time you submit your payment details the page opens a new coles browser and you start the process again. It's like I am on a never ending loop to try to finalise my order!

Same issues with me "something went wrong" when checking out, been happening for a few weeks and I am ready to move to Woolies. When I got someone to 'help' me via online chat when it first happened, they couldn't even manually push it through on their end but there was no follow up to try and rectify.

The webpage shows up but actually shopping is a different matter. Go to add an item and there's an error. Go to remove an item and there's an error. I have the app too and it will open but not load products.

Their site has always been programmed by monkeys but it's been worse than usual today. It's anyone's guess why they still allow these people behind a keyboard.

I have been shopping with them for a few years now and there are less items available, packing of the groceries is incompetent with milk on it's side every time so it leaks, 6 litres of milk in one bag, they used to collect the shopping bags but the drivers have been instructed to not collect anymore as recycle company has too many

I've used Coles Online for almost 3 years and this has been the longest lasting problem I've encountered so far. I can login and put items in the trolley, but when I try to check out and pay, I see a spinning wheel and the message: "Unable to process your current request, please try in few minutes". I've been trying for over 5 hours and am getting the same message with each attempt and then it tells me I have to choose a new pick-up time slot. I used to buy Coles online and do deliveries to Victoria without any problem, however it's been about a year now. Each time I click on Coles online to purchase items it has this message "Error 403 Forbidden Guru Meditation: XID: 825849019 Varnish cache server". I don't have this problem with Woolworths, Amazon, etc or any other webistes. I'm subscribing to Woolies because I'm buying online for my kid in Victoria as well.

Every time I click on coles online it just brings up a blank page (using google chrome)! So frustrating. I have to use my phone app to create my order, sometimes other browsers work, sometimes they dont. Really poor. Something severely wrong with the login page!

After 40 mins filling my on-line trolley I find all time-slots every day for next 7 days "sold out". So I rang Coles enquiries and it seems this is because the system thinks my order would be coming from the Seymour store, which is flooded. Well it would be nice if the system told you that before you wasted time filling a trolley. Moreover, when receiving Coles deliveries at least twice a month since Feb 2020 (when COVID forced me into a hermit-like existence) I have often asked the driver from which store he picked up my order, and the answer has always been one of the stores in Melbourne's nearby northern suburbs, NEVER Seymour which is much further away.

Seriously - webmaster at Coles....used to be able to log in on first attempt, the last few weeks has been difficult....repeated attempts on many days....what is going on with you guys....do the job you have been tasked to do....so that shoppers can use the service that has been made available...or was available...this is gross incompetence considering the huge amount of Coles grocery shoppers who rely on this online shopping service. Same code script showing up, plus other times shows 'error 403'. And yes cleared cache etc...to no avail. More is expected from one of the two main grocery retailers .

Seriously I raised this issue with Coles over one month ago. Coles advised to clear cache etc then contact my ISP. Which I did even though it was against my better judgement. There is obviously a issue with Coles in the back end or possibly they don't have to resources to complete orders. Sadly there customers service people advise no we are not aware of any issues. For those experiencing issues with placing an order online; especially not being able to proceed past 'suggestions' try changing the internet browser e.g. I was using Google Chrome and Changed to Microsoft Edge. This fixed the issue for me and allowed me to place an order.

I've also read clearing your internet browsers' cache and not using a VPN, like NordVPN is also helping with this issue.

It took 1.5 hours to oder 20 items. The pages take 30 sec or more to load after every item search. never online shopping with them again. When I rang customer service for them to process my order, she stated their internet site rarely has issues and never runs that slow.... its happened every time I've tried to use it

I haven't been able to login to coles online via chrome edge or firefox. It's always a server not found error. Weirdly if I connect to a VPN, like NordVPN , I can login, but the login doesn't last forever. A few minutes into browsing, I get a reconnect attempt notification. And then, after so many fails, I'm no longer able to browse. I disconnect the vpn and sometimes I can get to coles online url but not login.
I've tried clearing cache and cookies on all browsers. Used win 10 and win 11 with the problems.
