I placed an order Jan 13, cannot follow up, page is down, also customer service.

I also placed an order.. on Jan 13th. I received an email order confirmation and since then nothing. You cannot reach them, not be the "track order link" nor by phone to customer service. Send your customers an update, if you are having problems, cancel the order. this is unacceptable.

Site and phone down

Site down right after I placed an order. Charges did not go through thank goodness. Called the Customer Service number and they are 'unavailable', no one to talk to, so something is definitely wrong.

Hack or bankruptcy? Which is it?

It is a remarkable disservice to your customers to NOT post a message on the main website telling us what the problem is. Even if you continue as a going concern, which seems dubious at this point, unreliable behavior such as this does irreparable damage to your customer base. It would calm us down to see a notice that you have been hacked and THAT is the problem as opposed to you are going out of business. Some months ago, SINCLAIR BROADCASTING was hacked. They operate over 100 local TV stations across the country. As a result of the hack, they were unable to control their programming properly and as a result some insane argentine newsfeed was going out in place of shows like PEOPLES COURT. With, of course, ZERO notice to the viewers of the problem. Take a look at their stock performance since the hack. This carnage is NOT due to the hack, but rather due to their inept handling of it.

I placed an order on 1/11 on the website. I got a confirmation but no email since regarding shipment and my credit card has not been charged. When I called, they said they can't discuss open orders, they can only take new orders. Definitely not a good situation here, whatever is going on.

I still can't get on either. Perhaps they were hacked or maybe they are going out of business? Who knows... can't find any other info about it

I called and they will only let you place an order. I asked for customer service and they said that department is closed while the website is down. I asked how long the website will be down and they said it is scheduled maintenance and no estimate on when it will be back up. I can't even inquire about an order I placed last week.
