Technical Difficulties during webfiling payment - then it threw me out.

Webfiling stalled when it came to starting the payment process - no solution offered except send an email to CH - no guidance on what to put in email. No email response. I wish we could do this with a paper form and a cheque - it would be a lot quicker.

Slow processing of filings

I've made 8 filings on webfiling in the last hour (SH01, updating PSC address etc), and they are still processing. It normally takes 5 minutes. What's the delay

Accounts filing issue

Filed accounts using VT software last night. The filer is still saying process pending. It usually doesn't take this long to go through and update to show on the company details. Anyone else having issues?

Email/password rejected so I couldn’t log in

Can’t get in today. Wouldn’t accept email/password. It send me a log in code by text. I used it to update my username and password but it then locked me out again. it still wouldn’t let me log in.

Webfiling service error

Tried 9am and 5pm. The first time I had forgotten password do changed then logged in. Sent me a security code then said error with webfiling service and to try again later. Tried later but it now wouldn’t accept my new password. Changed again (to same password) and let me in but when I tried webfiling, said error with the service and try again later!

How to Submit Your Company Accounts via the Legacy System and Avoid the Issues with the New One!

Hi All,

The new WebFiling sign in for submitting your accounts is BROKEN. To log in select the forth option down "i need to file a charge (mortgage) document using a lender authentication code."

by selecting this it takes you to the legacy companies house page (the one you will be familar with from last time).

You can now long in with ease using your username and password and then on the next page confirm your location, company number and authorison code.

Then click sign in....

You can now calmly complete your Companies Return and avoid the stress of being logged out of the new system.

This has now gone beyond a joke. This service is not fit for purpose!! How nany blooming times do I have to sign in and be kicked out. I haven't been able to file anything this morning. Sort it out Companies House!!!!!!

Glitchy and unpatched

The new webfiling is so glitchy. Doesn't let you log in half the time, constant authentication needed, shows 0 companies despite yesterday showing the full number. Told their support a month ago and no change.

Still can't 'Web File' anything !!

Can't log in or I have no companies registered (I have over 400!) or logs in then logs out or doesn't recognise the co no or keep getting Sorry there is a problem with this service! Since the change over it has been absolute rubbish. Response from Co House when you report it 'we are working on fixing the issues' !! FYI it seems to work ok between 7am and 8.30 am - perhaps I should change to a night shift.

Web filing - 10 days and still not able to login

10 days in a row cannot login fully to complete my web filing, always the same: password accepted and 2FA code sent and entered - a long pause and 'Sorry, there is a problem with the service'. Email to their helpdesk was no help as they just said I need to set up an account. I already have one.

Wrong addresses showing for company

Companies House is showing some odd addresses for one of my client companies, and when I tried to correct them, the correct addresses wouldn't 'stick'. I am the only person who makes adjustments to the webfiling, so I can't understand what is going on.
