This is ridiculous!! Can’t add funds on connect network, the app is down, the website won’t let me login. And GTL took my money the other day for messaging but hasn’t deposited into my account, but took it out of my credit card! Getting very frustrated, tried adding funds to my boyfriend account and it’s been down since about 3 est. It’s already bad enough we only have 15 mins to speak but then add networks being down and you can’t speak to anyone, very frustrating situation. I depend on that app

No new messages today, and I get a lot so I should have for sure by now, and when I ope a message so that I can reply to it, I get a related banner up top that says network connection lost. But controllers loading any other apps. Also I have not been able to add obo e time thru the app for the past few days, it says payment declined when I have the funds and my bank account notices me if the transaction. But connect network gives me an error message and credits the money back to my account. This is so aggravating because I depend on that app to communicate with the man I am completely in love with. Not hearing from him literally feels like I’m missing a piece of me that I need in order to be able to function. GRRR
