Website Down-Erroneous Emails Sent

Unable to log into Consumer Cellular website. Was on hold for 28 minutes until rep finally answered & told me website was down. I tried to contact them because I recieved an email that my plan had changed & I have NOT changed my plan.

Customer services is basically nonexistent! The wait times for customer assistance are generally very long and so are the wait times for call backs. CC is the only company that I have ever been hung up on, without being given notice of any type, because of the time of evening. On the occasion that this occurred I was not even offered the opportunity to be placed at the front/top of the list to resume receiving assistance on the following day. I was unable to set up my service for days, after buying my CC phone. I was unable to send text messages for months, after establishing account with CC. WiFi calling as never worked and still doesn't work!

If I am not satisfied by CC's response to the issues that I have stated, I will be filing complaints, both on the local as well as federal levels, when I return home!

Cary, NC Outage

No connectivity to cellular network in Cary, NC. Have Consumer Cellular but also tried several other access providers. None working for several hours.

Fix the outage

Emergency calls only. Restart and reboot and nothing but emergency calls only. Better get fixed soon as this phone is the only phone, just like many others.

I had no signal for 4 plus hours this morning wrecking havoc because that's my work phone. Called CC who had me reset phone which did nothing. Then checked and he found outage in Bergen county NJ. Was an awful experience and I lost work time.

NO NOTICE WHATSOEVER, Consumer Cellular cut our phone service completely, after collecting my payment for next month, with 7 days left on this month. In the middle of making hospital arrangements for my wife, we cannot make any calls, CC telling us we must buy a more advanced phone. THIS IS SEVERE ABUSE!!!

This is the second day without phone service, and customer service has told me - more than once - not to contact them for 48hrs, while "completely powering down, waiting, and bringing my phone back on, repeatedly, to check whether or not the problem has resolved itself!" I'd thought this "problem" was resolved some time ago when I had the same issue and was told they had shut down 3G service, when I'd had to reconfigure my settings, then. I'm NOT happy about this.
