Countdown website not working

I can’t load the website or shopping part in the app on my iPhone for weeks now. Works on my PC. Cleared all cookies have tried on multiple browsers.

website does not open, just shows the blank page with Woolworths logo. not possible to contact Woolworths any other way. got a non-sensical response from tech support 1 week ago, they suggested opening the website to begin the process even though I told them I couldn't open the website. it does not open! it worked 3 weeks ago, when I ordered online, and now using exactly the same computer it no longer works.

Website down for iPhone

Using an iPhone, safari search engine. Unable to access the countdown website. I can click on it and then all that loads up is a white screen with a logo in the middle. Have tried clearing my history and using incognito mode. Neither work. My partners Android can access the website fine. Have been having trouble since yesterday.

Website not loading on iPhone

Can’t load the website at all; just get the logo in the middle of a white page. Never had this issue before. I use Safari (on my iPhone). Any ideas on how to fix as I’m getting no joy.

Mobile phone logged in, with no app on it saved, worked

I used my mobile phone which doesn't have the app saved on it and logged into the countdown.co.nz website, and was able to refresh my shopping basket etc thanks

Unable to log in - success.

Spoke to a different person at my local Whangarei branch of Countdown as I have had problems logging in and only getting the logo in the middle of the page for over 4 weeks now. She suggested logging in "incognito" and it worked perfectly. So give it a go - might work for you too.

No Communication from Woolworths/Countdown

Cannot get on. Links above do not work. Just getting the logo in the middle of a white screen. The annoying part is there is no media release to acknowledge the problem and inform customers who may think it is a problem at their end.

Can not logon

Last night got as far as choosing a delivery time it would not register this, then went out of the site and couldn’t get back, there is just a logo on a blank screen.

No online shopping

Third time in past 2 weeks am unable to load online shopping. Sometimes comes up with " something went wrong" . Sometimes just won't load. Have tried about 10 times today. Same thing a couple if days ago and about 10 days ago. Will be changing to New World if I cant get into Countdown after years of loyalty to CD

Unable to log in

Website isn't loading
Comes up with the green ww logo.on a white background and then seems to hang. Have had my work IT team investigate and they cannot find why it is not working. I have cleared the cache and all of that sort of stuff. Phoned their help line, after half and hour of waiting finally got to speak with a person – who after going to speak with her supervisor came back and we got disconnected.
Have had this problem now for two weeks and would like it sorted.
Cannot contact them via the website and I cannot log on.

Site Down .... again

I haven't been able to access the NZ Countdown size at all - just shows the emblem and nothing else happens - rubbish since everdays rewards appeared

Fix it

Website for Countdown not coming up for several days and Woolworths is definitely not user friendly. Very frustrating when you are unable to get deliveries when you have injuries and cannot drive.

Online app not working

Saturday 3 February. Countdown desktop app suddenly changed to Woolworths. Asking for me to either log in or create an account, link to do so doesn't work. Unable to access to do online shopping. Very inconvenient! I am disabled & unable to drive to Countdown, Pak N Save, or New World. Will have to do online shopping at New World, who are more expensive & cannot deliver until Tuesday. Good way to lose customers!

Online Shopping Login issue solved with Customer Service help over the phone using 0800 number.

Yesterday I couldn't get Online Shopping login to operate. The centre wheel on the screen just kept churning. The Customer Service person I rang tried to help yesterday, but no luck. Tech support was messaged to contact me, but hadn't. Today I rang Customer Service again and spoke to a different person. Hooray !! I learned I needed to clear my browsing history for the last 7 days and received help to do so. I'd successfully placed an order on Jan 6th. Now my order has been placed successfully today. Big thank you Countdown Customer Service. It's a bit more difficult to solve these types of issues when your aged and not fully computer literate. Ann R.

Log In isn't operating for online shopping.!!

For the very first time I cannot login to Countdown's online shopping to day January 22nd, 2024. I've found Countdown online login has always been successful in the past but not today. I rang the 0800 number. The Lady tried to help from her end, but no success. My query was escalated to technical support but no call back as requested. Hopefully this issue can be corrected very soon. Ann R.

Website issue

I had an order I was editing, but when I went to confirm it, it said I had added too many items. I tried to cancel the edit and long story short because i couldnt, I cancelled it, and started another order. When I tried to confirm items in the new order it kept referring to the previous order, which had already been cancelled. Now the website wont let me in at all. And I need my order delivered tomorrow!!!!

Countdown login problem

This morning I attempted to add a new item to our online shopping trolley. I got a message that there is a technical problem and I should try again later, same problem as last week.
I logged out of Countdown's site, cleared my browser's cache of passwords and browsing history, closed the browser and restarted the computer. I opened www.countdown.co.nz and clicked 'Sign in'. The sign-in page displays a revolving symbol and nothing else.
The problem is not with my computer, as I can access Countdown shopping with my backup browser Vivaldi. The problem is not with our router, as my wife is able to access the Countdown site through her computer using Microsoft Edge as I usually do. The site simply doesn't like my browser. Your advice, please.

I ordered $264 of my favourite cider with my last online order at Countdown, and marked it as no substitutes because I'm very particular about my favourite cider. My total order came to $514.56 and the money was removed from my account immediately after submitting my order. Unfortunately zero bottles of cider were supplied with my order, and after contacting their 0800 number I find that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund, leaving me with no money to buy the same product elsewhere... and that's if I even get a refund, as there is no email to indicate that any refund process has commenced, and the invoice they sent is less than half of the total transaction... I guess retail crime works both ways
