CRA Represent A client Passwords will not work

I am unable to log into Represent a Client. It indicated that my password was incorrect about 4 times. I changed my password and it will not work

Error CER.018, changed my password a few times. Looks like CRA is down. It would be be great if CRA could throw up a banner on their website to say there is login issues... But nope.

There is no service. There are no representatives to talk to and no connections happening on the website. There is no acces what so ever. It has been like this for months. I need to get forms to change my address, which is a simple task that should be easy to accomplish, but I cannot access the page to get hte forms nor can I get through to an employee. I have been calling for months during the hours of operation and no one is answering. The machine keeps saying to call back when offices are open, but when will that be? I have been calling for months.....
