Cygwin is not working for me. I have tried several Microsoft windows and Linux distributions, and I can not find it. Then I started to look for similar products like ArchLinux and the PlayOnLinux project, but they do not work either.

I then tried Synaptic Package Manager and tried that too, but it only suggested that I use the CLI of the distribution of my choice. I have only limited experience using Synaptic, but it does not work for me, too.
