Another day, another outage. The most insulting part is that their website says they are down due to a scheduled maintenance (at 8am on a Monday). Of course we know that isn't true. We depend so much upon this service (it's really a utility to us). This has become SOP. Outage after outage after outage after outage. I'm calling for DAT to sell to a company that can secure its servers and keep it online. This is a plea for help, not an angry trolling rant. Please do the right thing, you consolidated these exchanges and now you are killing our industry.

I would also like to know why as a broker I get calls from 100 people a day claiming to be carriers but really are just brokers trying to buy and sell loads .... especially for box trucks. How are they all paying for dat or are the accessing it elsewhere for free use. There are now hundreds of DAT tutorials on youtube teaching these "brokers" how to make money being a fake broker using DAT for free.

This website has become so unstable over the past year. DAT, it is time for you to address this, be more transparent with your users and offer refunds when you don't perform. This rarely happened in the past and now it happens regularly. You have a problem and you need to address it more seriously. No other major provider of a service like this in our industry has outages this frequently. The questions I have submitted do not ever get a reply. Consolidation has left much of the market dependent upon DAT to communicate availability of loads and trucks, to live up to it! Figure out fail-overs, mirrors, redundancy and stay online - AGREED
