Dhan malpractice with client holdings

I had 36 lots of Crude oil 7100 PE expiry on 17 Oct 2023.When I tried to square off my position thru DHAN app on 16 Oct 2023, Sell order was not getting placed and there was a screen flashing that market is closed.I reported this matter through email,Dhan chat but there was no response.The market closed on 16 Oct with my position open.Next day morning the value of my option fell to Rs 5.I got all from DHAN to square off my position or else it will be automatically squared off at 6pm on 17 Oct 2023. I did not square off as I had already lost Rs 1.75 lakhs due to DHAN portal not working or my account was blocked.For all you in the pretext of MCX exchange they must have scalped with the position of clients and the next day they unblocked the account by them the price of crude oil 7100 PE fell from Rs 49 to Rs 5, for 36lots incurred a loss of Rs 1.75 lakhs.I am reporting this malpractice of Dhan to SEBI and make sure I get my compensation and also try and Close Dhan brokerage house for malpractice.

Tech hitch

This is absolutely ridiculous.
Dhan is completely turning it over MCX .
Have been trying to square off existing open position in natural gas and it is not accepting any request.
Due to this I have lost more than 60% invested value.
Who is accountable for this loss ??

due to dhan website I lost 50% of my profit

Dhan website as well Dhan App not able to sell my position on different price. I tried almost 13 times and on 13th time it got succeed. And I lost almost 50% of my profit
