Not able to check out B&Q

Been trying for over a week to place an order both on the website and the app but when i try to check out to pay it keeps saying its lost connection .I have tried this at my daughters house Internet, my own and my sons , im not having issues paying another shops , sent customer service an email yet no response

AWFUL

Terrible website, cant add items to basket that are instock, then eventually when I get to check out it telle me we are having connection issues. This is Britain's biggest DIY chain and they webstore is pathetic.

Site is poor, can't even log in

Can't log into account, always tells me to check my connection and then tells me I don't have an account. Try to re-register, takes me through to the verification email then goes through the whole loop again. Site is dreadful, post covid zero customer service, no-one actually cares any more. It is so frustrating. Another customer lost and expensice appliances to be sought and bought elsewhere.

Absolute Rubbish website

Complete waste of time. No link works, always tells me to check my connection. Must be costing them thousands in lost sales, can't even get to customer support. Will shop elsewhere yet again.
