Liars

The phone lines still work if you phone them. I have been told on record it is being tested and it should be back by the end of January at the latest. If it isn't then I will be filing a report with Action Fraud due to this being a scam. I will believe it when I see it.

We need to get compensation

We need to find out from the insolvency service how we can get our money back. It’s disgusting how they’ve known the whole time that it was never coming back but happy to take our money as individual teachers. If anyone knows who to contact please post on here. I’ve tried to track down the director’s email but no luck. I’ve even thought about filing a police report as this is fraud. At no point were we told we would never get a service we paid for. It has been lies along.

Doddle remains down after months of false promises.

What is going on with Doddle? Promise after promise given about when the platform will be useable again. I'm assuming it won't be and if this is the case, when will we receive compensation/reimbursement for the months wasted subscribed? Does anyone know of another way to access Boardworks presentations?

Still down months later and many failed promises.

The site is still down despite being told (after many other promises) it would be ready in October and perhaps 'slip' into November. Well it's December now and it is still not working. They refuse to answer any emails. Is there a legal way we can get our money back?

Unbelievable

Surely we are just being fobbed off here? No longer Monday now, but October or November!
Email received today:
We would like to update you that our team are still working on fixing the Doddle Platform issues. It’s a complex process which involves collaboration with various technology partners.
Unfortunately, we have been advised that the process is not going to plan and looks like it might take most of October and possibly even slip into November.
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused by this very prolonged and inexcusable system outage. We totally understand the unimaginable scale of disruption this has caused.
We are very sorry as we are unable to respond to email enquiries as prompt as we should. Once this issue is resolved, we will provide more information on the different options for compensation or cancellation. At the moment, please kindly bear with us for the poor communication.
We hope you will accept our sincere apologies. We will be in touch once the platform is live.

Almost two weeks since last update, still not working, emails still inform that it will be fixed by Monday. They are not specifying which Monday. I think it might be a random Monday in 2057 at this point. Has the company gone under?

UK website down since end of June

Most recent email stated that the platform is ready to roll out but that they had a few teething problems so it might not have been ready by the end of the day on Monday just gone. It's Thursday and still no sign of it.

Some information from the company would be helpful

How long is this going to go on? ££££ for a subscription which hasn’t been able to be used by any member of our school community for over 3 weeks. Contact and response is non existent. Parent, student or teacher - nobody can log in

Not what it used to be...

The platform and company is not at all what it used to be. It was bought by individuals who have no experience in publishing. All of the people cared and who made Doddle what is was were made redundant. They are all still owed a lot of money, including a years worth of pension contributions. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Doddle not allowing me to login/ i have even requested a new password just to be on the safe side but still not logging in. i have tried several different devices so its not the password or my connection/ device

Doddle is not working. It will not load no matter what device, internet or wifi. No other students from my school are getting in either. Tried putting in all possible passwords and and checked username many times yet it never worked.
