Not again

Last night around 7:30 was on call with my partner and suddenly it gets cut. Tried calling him again but it says SIM not registered on network. I tried for couple of minutes but it's not working. When I used my Etisalat SIM that's the time I reached him and we had a good argument because of this

Dzu issue related to Android

Seems massive DU issue with Android devices through DU Home and maybe also DU 4G (I use Etisalat on my Android phone so cannot check) This also rxplains why DU TV is down as the device DU supplies is an Android TV box, probably having the same issue. Internet works fine on my iOS iPAD connected to the same DU home network.

DU has strang type outage

Du seems to have a strange outage.
I am in Arabian Ranches. Most of DU home internet not working, including Google and Youtube and DU TV is down as well. However can access some things over the DU home internet on my phone like Japanese NHK TV App does work and sone others. Sounds like some very weird issue.

Angry and frustrated at Du services

My Du postpaid and home internet has been done since yesterday over 10hrs! They keep saying technical issue, now my phone is working but home is not reconnected! Worst thing was get convinced at the dubai mall to “upgrade” my package and since then it’s nothing but problems - very unresponsive team when you try to contact them, they just keep giving me complaint number

we initially paid for 300mbps, then all of the sudden a few months later we are currently on 32.3 kbps... cant even load into a shooting range game without getting ping in the thousands, cant watch a YouTube video without having buffer on 720P and cant even listen to music without buffering. we have contacted customer support and said that they "fixed the issue" even though its still ongoing. i would rate DU a solid worse-than-iraq-internet/10
