I have been trying for 1 hour to check in. My booking was with TUI but flights with easyjet. Tui said to checkin via esyjet. I called easyjet custome services, who tried to help, but the computer kicked the girl out who was helping me. She said to try again in about 2 hours time!

Sh…y company. As many other companies in case of a problem they don’t phones, operators or bureaus in airport.
What they have is a poor chat bot with couple of automated responses which can’t help you when your flight is canceled and need other spare flight or hotel accomodation over night, or transport to airport-hotel-airport. Their flight connections with major aiports like Amsterdam or London are 1 on a week. ????
Wtf? They could be a succesful bike company, not jets.
Hope to declare insolvency!
What I don’t understand is why the company is not censored by the airports?
Why do they allow them to fly?
Because they are inducing problems also for the airlines, airports, clients and so on.

Update. T'was a local issue. I suspect an untested interaction between cookies set when accessing via a VPN, like NordVPN and not. After deleting, the site loaded normally. Really annoying. I hate it when muppets say 'have you deleted your cookies?'. So when it actually fixes it, it's like the equivalent of turning it off an on again. Pag. #carryon

It seems like a possible work around is to open the easyjet website in incognito or private mode. Seems like there could be an issue with the cookies/cache that causes the website not to work correctly when opened in a normal browser.

Easyjet has made my year unhappy. I have problems getting into there site and when I do I cannot move forward. I can do it on my wife's i-pad but not on my laptop.
SunExpress is opening up Edinburgh - Dalaman next year so at least we will have another option. Robert - Edinburgh-Kalkan

Tried booking via search engines - google, chrome, firefox , even via Skyscanner- all kept locking up - spent the weekend messing around with the site - no good - wasted too much of my life on it.
Read on here - someone used Microsoft Edge - to access the Easyjet web site - took me 10 min to book my flight.
Can someone nudge easyjet and tell them they have a major problem!
