LOGGING ISSUES AND RESETTING PASSWORD - EMAIL CORRECT NOT RECOGNISED

I have a problem with resetting my password even though I had reset it. It does not recognise my password and when send for reset problem with email address - even though I did the retrieve my email which is correct.

Horrible customer service.

Today edfs phone lines are pointless. It's like it glitches out and phones are not answered. Music plays and then it's a continous ping repeatedly on one tone. Then goes back after about a minute. Like it puts you back into the queue. Says 5 minutes for an answer and 20 mins into the call and still no answer. Gave me a in home display and a month later still not working. First said 48 hours then said 7 days. Then said problem in area. And now not answering. Proper crap.

Me too, I see 'types.SimpleNamespace' object has no attribute 'flags_using_alternative' when trying to log in or change password. It's been doing this since yesterday, hsve reported it to edf but no reply so far.

I have now received the following from EDF:
"There is an ongoing issue with the gas showing on the energy hub, but today we are globally having issues with the energy app and online account, we are waiting for updates and I will contact you once this has been sorted, but your gas usage will still be an ongoing issue."

Can’t log into my EDF account, get this notification.

I received an email telling me Edf have made changes to their system and to login to my account to reset my password. It constantly says 'network connection error try later' - I have no problems logging into anything else and no network connection problems. The irony is, the email states it is to make managing my account online easier!!!

I’m in my emergency credit, for the first time ever, now because of the site being down I can’t top up, it say as long as I top up but 11am tomorrow it won’t disconnect my electric, but it said it was meant to be back up and running today at 1pm. It’s still down now

EDF offline till April 9th 3.35 pm

EDF Website says it will be offline for essential maintainence till 9th April 2023 at 3.35 pm .

The Website is very slow complicated and logically inconsistent and sometimes doesn't link at all .

EDF managed to more than triple my off peak electricity charges on the 1st April 2023 by now saying I have a White Meter without bothering to tell me about the changes from an E7 .

I note some in the UK were paying 0.9p off peak - I am now expected to pay 13.8p a KW hour

Their helpines sometimes take hours to answer and often with operators who don't have a clue about how EDF works .

Their Chatbot is completely useless and leads down endless circular paths without giving information one is looking for .

EDF mixed economy-7 readings up, so that largest 'cheap rate' use of heaters was clocked as daytime use.
Took a complaint to swiftly resolve, time wasted for months before that.
Today their site will not allow readings to be given.
