Eir Email Issues
I'M glad I am not alone in experiencing the outage of eir webmail. However that is of little comfort to me in trying to access emails. It is an absolute disgrace of a service especially when you have to pay for it. Will they wave their fees, answers by post please as email not working!!

23-03-2023. Eir webmail won't open for last 2 days. Just keep getting the €5.99 offer even though I'm paying €9.99. This prob has come up lots of times in the past. Rubbish service

Slow mobile Internet
Mobile Internet is painfully slow for 3 days now in East clare. Internet in general has been slowing down gradually the last few years. Not good enough when I pay 60 euro a month

Recordings and app not working properly
Can’t watch 4hd recordings on Apple TV box and Eir TV app won’t play anything on mobile phone. Keeps saying can’t play due to location restrictions. I’m in Tallaght. Called tech support and they say they only found out about the issues today, event though the recordings play a we know about it error message since Monday.

My elderly mum (Dublin north) relies on telephone landline, have phoned Eir technical fault numerous times, they say it a "major fault which might take a little while longer than usual". That was 3 weeks ago and still not fixed. Also I have lodged a complaint no one has come back to me. . Come on Eir you have to do better than this!
