The portal is slow and not working in the daytime mostly.
I am trying to update my family details from the last 10 days and it shows 'Please try after time' the same error from the past 10 days.

WORST ESIC SERVER

Very poor maintenance. EPF SERVER IS VERY ACTIVE AND EASILY ACCESSABLE AT ANY TIME. ESIC IT cell claims there is no issue from their end. Every month same issues facing by all most all employers/consultants/case workers in the office. In spite of problem from that end, penalty and dis allowing in income tax punishment to employer only. Worst government portal.

24x7 internal server issue

As per Admin Pinned comments the problem not on main portal as your suggestion " http://esic.in https://esic.in http://www.esic.in https://www.esic.in". But the problem is in Employer Login portal (i.e. https://www.esic.in/EmployerPortal/ESICInsurancePortal/Portal_Loginnew.aspx). We are paying monthly challan from here. Here 24x7 internal server issue.

last 10 days trying to submit challan. Till date no success yet. Continues showing message "An Error Occurred While Processing Your Request. Please try after some time"
Every month same problem. Actually It's like winning the lottery. If the luck is good, it can be submitted else keep trying whole day.
All companies should stop paying challan.

they have to withdraw their rule for employee registration within 10 days, because several times their site was unable to login for their employee registration, and due to other work load it was very hard to register new employees within time, some times it occurs that they do this INTENTIONALLY

There is no word to describe how the portal is working; extremely slow and even not working, we have been trying to register our employees in ESIC portal since last 15 days, but it has not working properly, we have wasted much of our valuable time unproductively due to this site. Really I have no words to describe how unsatisfied we are with this site.
