Looping and not working

The login and parcel form looping has been going on for around 6 weeks. I co texted Evri and got an email saying to clear history etc which they’ve now put on their website but it does not work. Using the app is frustrating because it is more timely and you have to pay after each single parcel. Website says no issues with their service but as a business I have t been able to use them since beginning of feb

Sent parcel to customer 8/12. He's still not got it. TRIED to get hold of Evri to tell them. No luck. Tried to track it, but the wrong barcode keeps coming up. I have now had to refund my customer with my parcel somewhere in the abyss. Not happy with this at all.

Is the website down

Payment taken 3 times, transaction did not appear to have completed but I've had 3 emails from PayPal telling me it has, no label sent to me, can't use the Evri bot as I have no barcode for the parcel, can't even cancel it through PayPal for some reason! The item is still in the basket on the website & no record of the order on either website!

I have sent hundreds of parcels in last year. A large number did not arrive and I had to refund my customers because your after sales service is non existent. Now your payment gateway is failing intermittently. One parcel goes through and the next one doesn't. I am fed up and cannot contact anyone as usual . App and web service seems to be having issues

Unable to send a parcel using the app as it won't accept payment, website also appears to be down as not creating delivery labels. Help Chat bot is useless as there is no option to speak to a real person who may understand the issue and escalate.

Not working

Every time I try to login it keeps saying wrong info have reset password 3 times but even then it won't login . If I go through email about tracking a parcel the app just won't open for more than one second and it just keeps coming up with Evri keeps closing . This is so frustrating and it all started with the update to the app .

Web Site Form Problems

Website won't let me go beyond the page that details my return address. Problem has persisted for the last 2 days. I have tried to call and use their chat-bot but both insist on a tracking number and as I haven't been able to get one, the system refuses to deal with me. It is impossible to get to a human any more.

So I have just been to the post office.

Service is so bad now (was it ever good?), expect them to change their name again very soon.

Website is truly #%*@ed. Logged in, placed an order for collection, attempted to download labels and was immediately logged out again. Signed in again, tried to access order history, and was logged out again, tried again, and so on and so forth. Tried 2 browsers on desktop, a laptop, and eventually my phone. Same on all. Thanks to the Admin pin above (I used the 2nd address) I managed to find a way in and retrieve my labels and print them off. However, it wouldn't let me download them to my desktop and I've had no order confirmation email so I fully expect that my order hasn't been "officially" processed and my parcel will sit uncollected by the door. Still, nevermind, you could always call customer services.... LMAO ROFL LOL!!!!

EVRI is not working again, not even with the above links given by Admin from Mondays issues, earlier I did notice some about Tesco clubcard being added when finalising the basket. maybe that is what has broken the website.

It signed me out which has never happened before, then wouldn't let me sign back in, so I decided to reset my password, it accepts it - then tells me 'Sorry something went wrong - try again later'

Solution

I got in by following the Admin links above. Logged out first and then logged back in with the fresh link. It put me through a check to make sure I was not a robot account. I am guessing this the problem for those having problems on usual bookmarked sign ins. The security check is not being done and the system is confusing itself. I managed to do it on 2 separate PCs, so not a fluke.

Lost my parcel that i paid extra for £150 insurance. Sent a picture of someones foot and a totally different parcel in the front entrance of my block of flats as evidence of redelivery. Refuse any responsibility. Garbage.

Ebay import not working payments not working with two different banks

Such a terrible website will not import my listings from Ebay and have not been able to do this for quite some time me and I manually enter any orders it is now failing to take payment this is not just happening to me but lots of people can't even speak to a human being anymore so there is no support at all

When it works it's great, BUT this is becoming a rare event regarding continuity. When I go to drop off parcels, the machine is either out of order, have run out of printing labels or have run out of ticket receipts. This is becoming quite a regular. Today I was informed that Evri is overhauling their system and all machines
for drop offs are not working until further notice. This is most disruptive to my eBay shop. Think it my be time to return back to Royal Mail?

Trying to send a parcel and get to checkout but won't take payment, says there is an error but everything correct. Tried different card and logging onto a different device but same thing. And doesn't have any info in my account, even when I add details again and submit, go back in and they have disappeared again. Royal Mail on Monday for me :(
