I used to love fast mail. Now I am furious with it. I am locked out of my account that I have had for over 12 years. I have never had a problem. Now I have fingerprint ID on my m1 iMac. I have changed the PW, completed tickets to explain the problem. They promise to get back in 24 hours. It's been three days. I am not a spammer or a crook; I am a grandmother and a photographer, who made the mistake of using fastmail for account recovery purposes. I felt their security was better than Yahoo or Gmail. Now I can't change the email one account because of Fastmail.
