I should be allowed to cancel my service since fido isn't perviding the contract agreement.....
My home internet and phone data are out more then on. This is ridiculous. Not like fido really cares if they did it would-be out so many times a month.
Giving a $2 discount is a joke as well.

Network Outage in Prince George BC

fido was down for about 2 days in prince George BC and the outage was reported or shown online. i lost communication ànd add to go to another network carrier to make calls. Annoying partnis that everyone thinks i am making it up cos they Google and no mention of the incident online.

FIDO IS SELLING PHONE PLANS WITH A PROGRAMMING FLITCH THAT PREVENTS CELL PHONES FROM STAYING ON LTE. THEY KNOW THERE IS A SYSTEM PROBLEM THROUGHOUT ONTARIO AND THERE IS NO SOLUTION YET THEY CONTINUE TO SELL THE PLANS.
