OTP functionality beyond awful. Impossible to make payments or verify withput otp and yet there are always issues with otp not arriving... and no. Its not vodacom as ive sent sms to inumerable clients who received with no problem ????????????

FNB 840 error

FNB Internet banking has has an 840 error, according to the internet banking division when I phoned them, there is a problem and there is no anticipated time for this to be fixed! Not sure why they don't put a message on the site rather than telling you to try again in 5 minutes!

ATM issue

Used a FNB ATM n no money came out with my sassa card then wen I checked at another ATM there no money there .I called in n was told I need to contact sassa .why will I need to contact sassa wen the issues with the ATM n not my card one hour later I checked again n there no money .I called in now n get told to visit my nearest branch .
