FordPass is not allowing me to log onto the app. It tells me my password is not recognised even though I know it is correct.

..."Vehicle has been removed"

Woke to an email this morning saying my "Vehicle has been removed" from my FordPass account. Knowing I hadn't made any changes, I tried logging into the app with failure. I tried clicking "forgot password" and when prompted for my account PW, it said the account didn't exist. I haven't changed anything about my account in well over a year

Happy New Year! My name is Michael Welch from San Antonio. I took out a 25k loan (9575 for the dentist and 15,000 for the dentures) about two years ago. Ford pass down Tennessee

Ford pass is apparently down nation wide. I started the truck earlier to let it warm up which of course caused it to lock. I set the key fob in the console now my wife is stranded at work and my 5 kids and myself can not get into our expedition. This is ridiculous.

Of course when it's 17 degrees and feels like 1 out the FordPass app decides not to work. Ford also took the remote start off the 2022 Edge. Looks like it's a cold drive home.

Apparently FordPass is down for everyone currently. Quite frustrating that Ford has taken no action to alert their customers and nothing is to be found of it online, I only found from talking to a fordpass guide just now.

It is really hit and miss, and for a critical app for a vehicle it is important that it works seamlessly. Doesn't update, non responsive, etc.
