Genius.com website is not working for me. I can't log in and see my new list of Genius.com Exclusive Content. If this was an automated system, I don't believe it can be fixed. If it's not an automated system, you can't help me through your standard un-functional methods, though. What should I do? I remember I put off paying for my site from March until this month. I got my website through DreamHost when I moved to Canada from Sydney, Australia. I placed my domain name with an Australian company called Netdom. I paid my $6,000 invoice to get that process started. One of the customers who was purchasing from Netdom emailed me back. They wanted to cancel because Netdom didn't have access to the first 6 months of my domain. They were so upset. What should I do?
