Bill due, No account access

Can't access account via app or web to pay bill. How have folks resolved this in the past.

GaPower this is unacceptable. If customers paid based on web service, there wouldn't be a company.

Ga Power App Not Working- Long wait times over phone

Ga Power App isn’t working now & calling wait time is over 50 mins. Paid through the app, the money isn’t in my account but it hasn’t updated on my bill. I do prepaid so the amount is in the negative now even though I already paid. Been on hold for over 30 mins already

Website down pay bill

Their website has been down for a week now. I had to pay my bill by calling 1 (888) 660-5890 so that still works if you need to pay! Ga power really sucks if the website is this bad

Ga Power Co, Horrible Online Payment System,,,,
Ga Power has always had the worse website for paying online, from the very beginning of web service, many years. You would think a company as large as GPC could have to most advance contact portals. Credit card companies, Banks, Cellphone companies, etc, all have great services, never a problem.
NOT Georgia Power (The Southern Company). It has been this way from the very beginning, even the phone payment system was lousy ( Had to transfer you to BillMatrix).
I know they get MANY complaints, I really wish someone could explain why this is the case?!?!

Hard to believe by looking at posted comments but this has been going on for over a year now. I can login but when it goes to pay by debit card I put all info in and the screen just goes grey. This is not the first time and it's infuriating to then have to go to pay by phone. How long does this take to fix?

Tried links above, no joy. Homepage works fine, it’s the “my account” & “pay my bill” or anything outside the home page that go to a blank page. No time for this. They’ll cut your lights off quick if you don’t pay on time, even if it’s the website causing delay.

Last month, I couldn't even log in online. Page won't ever load when you attempt to log in. I thought it was a temporary thing..

One month later.. Still the same f****** thing!!! Unbelievable that they haven't even fixed this yet. Same as the person below me, I also can't find any info on what the f is going on with their friggin' site.
