Go Henry App down

Go henry app not working! Can't log in! Or when I log in it will not let us transfer funds to lift out of the bank as this isnt the first time this week this has happened! Yet today GoHenry managed to take payment out for 2 cards!

App is down their web site says they know about the problem and are working to resolve it Main problem Log in Issues. You CAN still use the website for transactions only the app is affected

Card not working. Can’t login to app!

My daughter can’t use card to buy lunch. Tried to login to see why- can’t login.
Ridiculous and really bad considering it’s meant to teach children how to spend/use money wisely but now she’s stranded with no lunch as she can’t use her money at all.

lost 7.75£ without spending a penny?

had 41.61£ in savings and 60£ on normal card giving a total of 101£. I then transferred another 48.50£ to my savings so i had 90.11£ in savings, i should then have 11.50£ on my normal account right? wrong. gohenry is telling me i only have 3.75£ on my card and only a total of 93.86£. It is saying that i was in debt before, which i was not - because go henry does not let you go in debt and will decline anything if you don't have enough. I am missing 7.75£ which may not seem like a lot but when you are trying to save every penny counts.
