Can't log into online shopping.

It's been two months and can't log in to order online using desktop PC. Site says doing updates, if having trouble logging in reset password. That just takes me back to the login page. Else, I get your not allowed to access Harris Teeter on this server, no matter what link I use. Use to be I went through this 3-4 times then it would finally allow me to login, now it won't. Prior to that it wouldn't process my credit card information when trying to check out. This site is crap, I'm about to kick Harris Teeter to the curb and shop else where. I see from this site, no one responds to people's comments.

How long until the new platform and app will be available? This web based work-around is almost unusable asking for multiple logins and no scanning to add items.

The Harris Teeter new version has bugs. Nothing new. Unable to login in on the desktop. PWs and username are accurate. Works on the phone. Even on the phone, there is a bug. Express Membership is missing, and no link to database on history of orders. HT needs IT help.

i have not been able to log in on my desktop since the new version came out however I can get in on my ipad ?? Not sure what the problem is but did contact HT help who was no help whatsoever

ABout a year ago they "Upgraded" their website and ability to create a shopping list. Nothing has worked properly ssince that time. Today, I can't create a shopping list. Last week theI could create a list, but the items were displayed in random order and useless.

Website will not allow me to add items from my list to cart-it is grayed out and has never worked since the new site went live. I also cannot add items from any of the promotions/special menus to my cart-it will just add to my shopping list and then from there I can't add to card. So frustrating!

I am very unhappy with Harristeeter.com. Cannot log in. Tried to reset, but the site just loop back to the original sing in page. It's the worst site ever! When I could log first time, I even noticed that I need to scroll up to change the page now to see each sale items. It is not efficient. Wasting time.
