buffering and problems

ive had buffering on anything i watch no matter if i put the quality to dogshit or not for the past week, i know it gets bad on release days for new episodes but this is horrible. takes me 40 minutes to watch the 20 minute episode cause of buffering. i ran network speed tests and my wifi is completely fine, im hoping this is something you can fix on the website cause its getting worse and worse.

Really Slow

I don't know if it's something to do with my laptop, but hianime is a lot slower then usual for some reason, and I reckon it might have something to the servers which I don't know about or something else going on behind the scenes.
Is anyone else having the same problem though?

When I had logged on and went to my continue watching, I noticed I'm only able to see the tile of the anime. It's like the photo of the anime is still loading or something. But everything still works fine and all it's just annoying because these past few weeks the website has been crashing. On top of that we're getting pop up ads now and the only reason I like Hianime is because the ad blockers.

It has pretty frequent issues which is why it definitely won’t be getting 5 stars. One of these issues is the servers not working for hours or possibly days on end, but this only happens like every other week. Other than that there’s the ads but they’re not as hard to get around as other websites so all in all I’d definitely recommend it over other websites plus ofc you don’t have to pay.

Just tried to watch the recent Haikyuu: The Dumpster Battle and I was met with a black screen saying "This video file cannot be played. (Error code: 102630)". So I tried watching Kuroko No Basketball movie 4, and it popped up with the same thing. It has also opened what I'm assuming is a Megacloud webpage or website sometimes on the area of the screen that plays the anime.

404 error, even homepage and it's server status page, so, it's all 404ing, that's my issue rn, so I assume its down for now.

Vpn helps

using a VPN, like NordVPN sometimes gets it to load, it depends on the location and it has varying results, you may have to click on the same server a few times for it to load

Anix.to quit streaming

anix.to has stopped making anime and most of the video files come from anix.to so itll prob take a while for the servers to find a new source
