Fortunately I emailed the Tech support and they telled me that theres a severe issue with the website iself, because the website developers are on strike for unknown reason. they were nice enough to help me tho, bc it works for me at least, lets me look up answer. they told me it could be a cache issue????????? clear your cache and it could work, worked for me :3
