Website down over a long period of time

My website has been up and down frequently for a long time.

They asked me to provide them the date and time.

Said it is due to resource issues on their SERVER

Yet this is not solved.

This is affecting my business and Google ranking as my website is either down or extremely slow to load.

Thus can happen throughout the day.

This I'd damm ridiculous and time to ditch HOSTGATOR!

Hostgator sites seem to be back and accessible as of about 8:40 PM EST. That applies to the sites I checked and email service. It's likely that ALL sites and services are back.

Host Gator is by far the worst hosting I've dealt with. They started an "upgrade" migration that they said would take 5-30min. It's been over 24hrs and my entire server is still down. Contacted support 5 times and they keep saying the same bs that it will be up shortly...5-30min. What a joke! Migrating to InMotion.

Whatever hostgator has done to their service in the past year has destroyed their service. I'm done. Moving ASAP. I've dealt with their customer service over and over again with the same nonsense answers.

It appears that a Bunch of HostGator Customers are in the same situation.. Can't bring up their site and can't even get into their control panel. And, Support Chat wait times are a quarter-hour long. Been progressively getting worse over the last weekend in April 2022. Not happy about it at all.
