Has anyone contacted their brother company Blue Host to see if they have any information as to IPage eta to be back up and running correctly?

iPage changing/going downhill as of October, 30, 2023?

It appears that iPage is now using Bluehost as a server, and I cannot log into my website or account. It appears to be a Cloudflare problem. A week ago, everything was fine. I am suspicious that iPage has been sold and/or reorganized, and is going downhill

iPage mail woes

Mail not working still, can't login to accounts. Strangely I've set up copy to another address on the mail accounts and it seems to be working.
Chat not responding and seemingly no way to raise a ticket.
I think we'll be moving on..

Incoming emails in the Outlook client are not working.
Email forwarding is working but too hassle.
Can't able to login to Roundcube Webmail.

Just tried to log in the email client or check any messages directly from ipage control panel but it is not working. There is no official information about what is happening or when this problem will be restored. Totally counter professional treatment. the on live chat support is not responding. Does anyone know further news?

ipage roundcube email not working today July 18, 2023, i have been trying since 6:00 am this morning. i did a chat with rep in early morning and was told an engineer would be looking into it and fix it. i got the impression they knew it was down. now it is about 12 noon and still not working.

iPage's control panel has been crapping out for over 2 weeks now. The "temporarily down" error or the "Can't login" error is the norm now. Support has been saying, "It is an ongoing issue and our engineers are working on the problem" consistently. This looks like it isn't going to end and I need to offload a -lot- of websites to move to a new provider before they totally tank.

I have tried 4 different browsers, all with clean caches, two different networks, a laptop and a tablet, still, nothing works. Since the have no apparent interest in resolving the issue... moving on.
