It would have to be a third rate airline if it’s web page is down you have to prove you are not a robot never seen anything like this on any other travel portal suggest yo sack your team

Website times out

Had trouble all day yesterday with the site kept telling me to "wait 5 minutes" !
The upshot was , had to ring Jetstar reservations , but the staff member , when trying to assist , we got the reservation right up to payment part ... and the site timed out and the agent disappeared from the phone call .. so started all over again ... and again .. and again ! Very poor , and very confusing !

APP FAILURE

App keeps freezing and phone recognition not working. This has happened twice in the last week and today cost me money as I couldn’t purchase check in baggage and has to wait till I got to the airport where they charged me double of what it should have cost. Sort it out Jetstar

Cannot select the "Continue to Bags" option. Have tried Firefox, CHrome, and Edge - all have the same issue. Jess is not working so cannot chat online. No response to phone call. Jetstar sucks big time! Yet it works on Android phone. Fix your bloody website!

Club jetstar

Club Jetstar not working. Used 3 different pay methods, 3 different computers, mobile and laptop, even used the work one and I get the same msg ' Oops something has gone wrong with your Payment '
Called Jetstar and they said from our end, it's working right. Please use different web browser. I did that already and cleared cache and cookies but nothing works.

After searching multiple date combinations on Jetstar to find optimal price, suddenly we could not load it on 2 different phones, an iPad or a desktop PC - just times out. Restarted modem, same problem. Would actually load just using phone data.

Club jetstar not working

Joined club jetstar over a week ago. i went to book another flight and it still asking if i want to join club jetstar. The live person didnt help at all and told me to refresh and log in and out etc. And that it says ive joined and i said well on my side its not working. How do i fix it?

the online service is hopeless. Asking Jess is absolutely hopeless.
cancellations and offering a flight after cancellation at a huge price people cannot afford is disgusting. if you cancel and can offer another flight, there should be no extra charge.
