I'd say this is a capacity issue, infrastructure not scalable for what should be an anticipated increase in demand during the AFL finals. I expect nothing less than a refund on this month's subscription fee.

Over the last 2 weeks, I have had issues with the streaming service freezing and requireing me to restart and relog in. Loads and works for about 10 to 15 minutes and then starts buffering anf finally freezes again. I have reset my NBN FTTP and router and tested network speed 50/20 Mbps and no issues. The error is not occuring with any of my other streaming services whether Youtube, Netfilx or Disnet+ etc. just Kayo.

Kayo "help" section is NO help at all. AFL match started at 1.10pm but according to Kayo it starts at 1.59pm. Useless. Kayo need to refund users. Pathetic.

Credit cards declined 2days won't accept them even though there is no problem with these cards issuers say so .chatted with support team over and over last response saying other people having same payment issues so just have to wait and see. Too many times it is out of action, always takes a while to boot up on my TV. I have a recent LG model TV and there seems to be some incompatability problem. Tonight I'll be watching the footy on channel 9 as it has failed again. I often am left wondering why I pay for it.

I have kayo for the sole reason to watch collingwood play as more often than not the collingwood games are not free to air. When I sit down crack a beer turn kayo on - nothing, streaming not available. If I try other streaming - no probs.
