Can't access either DesNews or SLTrib obituaries. Security check just keeps re-launching instead of letting me through to the obituaries.

Legacy.com heading for bankruptcy??

Legacy.com rapidly gone from hero to zero. They now don't bother responding to emails to their cust. services at >> info@legacy.com<<. You can't treat bereaved like this. Shameful behaviour from such a huge, once trusted corporation.

Tried submitting entry for my late wife's Legacy page in plenty of time for anniversary of her death. No response. 12 hours later re-submitted my entry. Still no acknowledgment. Sent email to Legacy.com. Got robot response saying will be in contact asap. Apart from a hitch last year I've happy with the site Now, I'm really disappointed. Their customer service has gone fron 5* to 0*. How can a worlwide outfit crash so fast.? Have they sold out?

problems connecting

tried to connect from belgium to pay my respects to my mother in law (american) and get blocked by cloudflare ( Cloudflare Ray ID: 8369dfddea0c2dd6 • Your IP: 84.195.145.107 ), used a VPN, like NordVPN to america which gives me access to read (partially) but not submit anything without getting an error, connected to a vpn in switzerland and then it finally succeeds .... I mean what the .... ?

Legacy.com will not load from my iPad using chrome or safari. I have a Boston Globe subscription and am logged into it. I have cleared my browser cache but still will not load the page. It shows for one second and then finishes loading to a blank page.
