Not working

Guess I'm doing a wee better than most I've created two avatars without issue. Now my 3rd one is stuck telling me it has 4 minutes to go for the last half hour or so. I,m totally unsure where to go with this as i search for a solution. At least a refund it ir remains in limbo. Anyone have a way to contact them or request a refund?

Payment issue

I purchased and was charged for a feature on the app (upload 10-20 selfies, have the ai generate 50 selfies based off of them). There is no indication in-app that I have purchased it. I had my friend, who just used the feature on himself a few days ago, try to purchase it for me. He had the same problem.
