Every time I try to order something I get a message that it’s out of stock when it’s not. I tried almost every item and everything is out of stock. The app and website is not working. Please fix it asap

It's the worst experience shopping with Levi's online site, every day I'm regretting shopping with them, there's some bug in website and they have the worst customer care facility, no reply to emails also, I'm totally Disappointed

Had several issues trying to purchase on different platforms. Customer service was no help as they passed due around like a hot potato stating that there was no issue with their ordering process and that I was flagged after being declined one time. Usually it's about 3-4 attempts when things become fishy. I had a friend try to order for me and the same issue. Hopefully the sale is extended as I tried several times to tell the agents that the site was telling me that I had an error in my credit card, yet it still charged me. You can't charge me if there's an error.
