LIC NRI Portal not working

I am in Canada, NRI Customer portal stopped working. who is responsible for the late fee. They should waive off the late fee for their fault. LIC has so much money and can't even maintain a proper Website for customers to pay online. They need policies and money but not the Customer satisfaction. This is so frustrating.

Anyone trying to log in to LIC from outside India should use the 'NRI Customer Portal' link

It looks like LIC has restricted access to the 'Customer Portal' only from within India. Based on a comment, I tried accessing the 'NRI Customer Portal' and I was able to log in. LIC should at least display a banner saying that anyone trying to log in from outside India should use the 'NRI Customer Portal' link.

Thank you so much @Jessy Mathew. I was able to login via LIC NRI PORTAL LINK and paid the premium amount. But it's a shame on LIC not to even able to maintain the website properly even being one of the biggest insurance company in India. Thought of taking no new policies for here after.

Dear All,
I visited LIC HQ & got this info that users who have not updated their PAN irrespective of being NRI or not are getting their account locked out & are unable to log in from anywhere (both India & outside India). To update PAN, one has to physically visit any branch, with original & 1 photocopy of PAN with all your policy Nos. written in the photocopy. It shall be endorsed by an LIC officer & thereafter entered in the system in that same office instantly.
This can only be done by physical visit by self or agent. No email communication is entertained.
There is a catch:-
Say, If you have 10 policies registered in the portal & 9 of them has PAN updated & only 1 out of 10 doesnt have ur PAN details, then too you wont be able to login to customer portal.

I learnt it from the IT Guy of that office.

So till u update ur PAN...please use quick pay without registration for the time being.

I tried the NRI CUSTOMER PORTAL link from Toronto and I was able to login and pay my premium.
Got the " Renewal Premium Payment Receipt in the registered email within 5 minutes.

Note: I tried to connect to VPN, like NordVPN to India server, but it didn't work.

I'm attempting to access my account from the USA, but unfortunately, it's not functioning properly. The support team advised me to utilize the NRI customer portal, but it appears that this is also experiencing issues. I must admit, I find this situation quite frustrating, and the level of service provided by LIC seems disappointing. Awful Service - LIC India Portal Down for over a week

LIC India Portal isn't working from last week. While trying to login from UK it says network error. On clicking the NRI customer section to pay premium, it takes me to ebiz.licindia.in which never loads and says network error. I am unable to pay premium either. I have called their customer service in India today and they are asking me to send an email which will be attended to in the next 72 hours.
The service is down for customers across the globe and LIC has no flipping clue about this. Awful service!
