Maybe LIC stands for 'Life Involves Clicking' - endless clicking to get anything done

LIC should prioritize website stability and implement modern features to truly embrace the digital age. While the government pushes for a digital India, the LIC website feels stuck in the past. Recent downtimes have caused inconvenience, especially for those who rely on online services for policy management and premium payments. It is very disappointing. Shitty website.

Why am I unable to to access the LIC Customer Portal from Australia? With Global Travellers such as me and the Indian diaspora living abroad, it is so frustrating to deal with ridiculous outdated gateways and firewalls.

LIC NRI Portal not working

I am in Canada, NRI Customer portal stopped working. who is responsible for the late fee. They should waive off the late fee for their fault. LIC has so much money and can't even maintain a proper Website for customers to pay online. They need policies and money but not the Customer satisfaction. This is so frustrating.

I am in UK. Since the Customer portal stopped working i started to login with NRI customer portal. Today even the NRI portal is not working. It says "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.". Their service is too bad and dead slow

Anyone trying to log in to LIC from outside India should use the 'NRI Customer Portal' link

It looks like LIC has restricted access to the 'Customer Portal' only from within India. Based on a comment, I tried accessing the 'NRI Customer Portal' and I was able to log in. LIC should at least display a banner saying that anyone trying to log in from outside India should use the 'NRI Customer Portal' link.

I tried the NRI CUSTOMER PORTAL link from Toronto and I was able to login and pay my premium.
Got the " Renewal Premium Payment Receipt in the registered email within 5 minutes.

Note: I tried to connect to VPN, like NordVPN to India server, but it didn't work.

LIC is not helping NRIs

I'm attempting to access my account from the USA, but unfortunately, it's not functioning properly. The support team advised me to utilize the NRI customer portal, but it appears that this is also experiencing issues. I must admit, I find this situation quite frustrating, and the level of service provided by LIC seems disappointing. It seems as though LIC may not be prioritizing the resolution of problems faced by NRIs.

Awful Service - LIC India Portal Down for over a week

LIC India Portal isn't working from last week. While trying to login from UK it says network error. On clicking the NRI customer section to pay premium, it takes me to ebiz.licindia.in which never loads and says network error. I am unable to pay premium either. I have called their customer service in India today and they are asking me to send an email which will be attended to in the next 72 hours.
The service is down for customers across the globe and LIC has no flipping clue about this. Awful service!
