Unable to login to Comcast

1/28/24 The login procedure asked for my email address and password, it then ask me to enter a verification code, which I entered. It then looped back to the beginning of the login procedure, asking for email address, etc. On 2nd attempt, it completely failed, so I was unable to login.

Logon in failure in one of two PCs

I have 2 PCs and use Last Pass for connection in both. Since LP provides the id and PW to both. I don't understand how one can work and the other not work. (It says wrong PW code in one)

Chronic login (and password recovery issues)

Login not working earlier (approx. 1300 PT on 6/13 for over an hour)...could not even do password recovery via text, email or phone...would either say "not available" or authentication messages would show up 30+ minutes after the fact so you no way to sync up with which request. Xfinity app not working either (would just timeout upon start), so reinstalled but then having the same login issues there as with the main web site, so I'm just going to wait a few hours and try again. Not good for a tier-1 service provider...

Site has MAJOR issues

xfinity site is total trash, I can't view my account information, check order status, nothing, even after entering bank acct info and placing an order. I recieved no confirmation email and no way to check it via my acct because the site just doesn't work. 3 black dots and error messages at every turn.

Still cant access devices on plan. Its been like this for about 3 weeks now that I've notice. says "something is wrong" well yah something is wrong. i cant see the devices on my account whether use the app, mobile website or on a laptop.

Hello, How can I access Xfinity app for streaming, when Chromecast icon must be turned off in order for me to stream watch Xfinity t.v. the icon won't cut off.

Clear cache and cookies

I wasn't able to login for two days. The page wouldn't load or I had the page with the 3 loading dots. Read online to try clearing cookies and cache in the browser. After a few more attempts I was able to FINALLY log in on my laptop after clearing those.

Billing/All of it

I get logged in to a black screen with a circle and 3 dots. The page flickers the words of OPPS something went wrong. Has anyone else noticed you can't pay on the phone either? Calling them does no good either. Very frustrated I can't see what I'm paying for.

Xfinity website logs me out in less than a second after logging in, and often reports SSL issues and forces HTTPS to a non-secure HTTP only website.

They always tell the user that it is their problem and to "clear their cache". The login issue is clearly an xfinity program problem and has to be fixed by their developers NOW.

I shouldn't be having these problems to begin with. What's the point of having the option to stay logged in if you're logged out anyway? And then to add insult to injury now I can't even log back in, EVEN AFTER changing my password. Comcast and Xfinity suck.
