Completely broken

Taylor Swift Lounge (available since November!) has completely ruined Ticketek Marketplace.
I'm trying to sell tickets for a completely different concert but can't access the site. After the progress bar fills up but when it tries to redirect me I just get stuck on a blank white screen. Complete joke from a joke of a company that somehow has a stranglehold on the market. Perfect example of the damage Monpolies and Duopolies cause.

Poor response times and performance

No queue times and status bar has slow response time. Took 3 hours to finally in. Finally got tickets and got kicked out of site and had to start the wait process all over again with no guarantee of reasonable response times or getting any tickets
