Maxon fails it's customers.

It's funny, the only part of the site that works, really well I might add, is the part where people pay the money. I can't sign in, re-assign/assign licenses OR submit a support ticket.

@maxon WTF, I've lost half a day so far because I can't login or reassign a license. TF am I paying for???

504 Gateway Time-Out

I cannot log in. I get a "504 Gateway Time-out" on both the Maxon.net website when trying to view my account, and I get the same error in the Maxon app when just trying to use Cinema 4D. Then it changes to a screen that shows "License validation status failed." And it also claims I have no offline license. What a great system. If their servers are down, I can't use their software. Not even offline.

License server down

Main site is up, but cannot login as it says it is under routine maintenance . So it’s booted me out of my login and rendered all of maxon one programs unusable for me. Thanks Maxon.

Maxon One / Redgiant complete inacessible?

Hello Maxon, we are currently working with 3 people using Maxon One / Redgiant complete and have been booted out of the software. The website is inaccessible. Even customer support is inaccessible due to routine maintenance in the middle of the working day. What is going on?

Sh-t customer service. No humans to talk with. They've disabled our legacy Magic Bullet Looks. Can't download the Maxon app.
