Metrobyt-mobile.com website is not working for me, because the mobile version has some issues while loading data, but the website is working fine. All I've done now is import my music library and any potential songs on the site to them from my iOS devices. I've already tried a lot of different stuff to no avail, so I've decided to go for a repair through Apple's free Store, hoping that Apple's Support might give me a solution to the problem. I've also received an email from Apple's iTunes account support, informing me that there is a solution to my problem and that the task can be completed online. However, the support assistant didn't mention which iTunes or music software is responsible.
