Site down for over 2 months

Haven't been able to log into the site for over 2 months now to pay my loans. Keeps saying "The site cannot be reached. The connection was reset." I have cleared cache and tried 5 different browsers and 4 different computers. Also tried direct links to different pages off of google searching the site and get the same error. This is ridiculous.

Site is horrible! Need to take steps to repair. Site will not allow registration to upload documents. Wonder if they will later use this as an excuse to not honor guidelines

Been on hold for 37 minutes so far...was told wait would be under one minute. Website does not work. Not happy because loans were transferred to this company from Great Lakes, which was superior to this shoddy organization.

This is embarrassing. What can we do to help get those loans away? The sites crashing, fed aid takes a while and you can get through but it doesnt say much, the info is to little. Lets try to help each other threw these tough times. Stay cool and takes walks

Supposedly it's undergoing maintenance right now. Immediately after the announcement, they went to do maintenance? Typical. Anyway, the message I got says to check back in 2-3 hours

Same issue here. Just registering was a huge deal. Was able to register, now I can't get past logging in for the first time and the subsequent contact information verification page - keeps timing out.

The UI is bad, and the response times are terrible. Theres little to no feedback on most buttons so I cant tell if Ive pressed something or not.
