Error message blocking progress. Message says that I've been logged in for 10 minutes and will be logged out in 5 minutes. Option to STAY LOGGED IN does nothing. LOG OUT option does just that. So you get nowhere.

We hate MyGov.
Login details never work, and we work in IT so actually know what we're doing.
Always have to ring the Help Desk, every year, to get access to complete our tax returns.
This time, Oct 2023, their "server is down" while trying to do our taxes.
So every single time there are issues, with 90% of our time accessing the MyGov application is dealing with issues at their end

Same here, after 5 times resetting email through the MyGov Hotline, getting 5 new MyGov ID's it is still not working - Message "You've signed out of myGov" close your browser and log in, again not able to log in. MyGov is aware at least since the 7.September 2022 nothing has been done to fix it until today 31.October 2022, MyGov Hotline and all others like Centrelink, ATO, Medicare know about the issue but are not able to assist further since everything inter-linked, a real catchh 22 situation, nobody is able to help or assist - Welcome AI and the digital world!

I waited an hour on the phone while at work to get given a linking code to re-link my tax to mygov, this linking code expires after 24 hours and the site is down, awesome.
