I can't log in after sign up
It keeps showing me an error message: The Email, Suite or Password you entered is wrong.
When I try to reset password, says my email and MyUS mailbox # are not associated with any MyUS account.

Would like to use a number of more descriptive words to explain my feelings about their live help - but to put it simply it’s atrocious!
They repeatedly repeat things that are unnecessary over and over again, they do understand basic English, and they seriously waste your time - taking an hour to reply to a question like; ‘are you there?’ As you watch them try to type to you, and what’s the response after you’ve written a thousand lines explaining things in fine detail? ‘What is the order?’…. So I try to keep calm and say - ‘ah, the one on front of you I’ve mentioned multiple times’ and then show them what was already written, and direct them to read things properly! Oh my gosh they are the worst!
I’ve very stupidly spent too much money here, when there are way better freight services available who don’t employ people without brains, eyes, ears - well faces in general and a head!
Go elsewhere speaking from a lot of experience!!
