Server Issues

Both the app and website are kicking back connect errors indicating “The server has encountered an unexpected error”.
This started approximately one week ago and has progressively gotten worse. Now it is impossible to login.

I’m still waiting on a withdrawal from 3/7 as well. I was told their engineers are “aware” and “working on a resolution” but still no expected resolution date.

Same as Sharon below, Pending Status since 3/7/2024. This is not making any sense. No estimated resolution date, just being told keep checking for email for status but no emails ever come. But of course, absolutely no issues with making deposits.

MAJOR DELAYS WITH WITHDRAWALS VIA VISA/MASTERCARD TO BANK ACCOUNT

Deposits work without issue but there is an issue with Withdrawls that are taking way longer than the 1-2 hours for Visa/Mastercard. Withdrawls are supposed to go in directly to bank account but have been delayed over a day now. Support just says processing delays and gives no further details. Makes no sense that you can deposit from same bank account instantly but then when you try to withdrawl winnings there is an issue.

pitiful. they should take some of the millions they are diverting from education to gambling and put it a few hundred dollars towards creating a proper website. as the people patient enough to comment display, the site has not operated properly EVER. its not that hard.

NC is stuck in the tar.

I've been trying for days to complete my registration but either can't open the website or the little spinner just spins spins spins. Has ANYONE registered online after experiencing this lack of service?The NC Lottery site is stuck in the early 1990's. But maybe that's par for the course for NC. I'm concerned for the Eduacation of the students in NC if this is typical of their service....)

Account Registration Issue

Yeah, like the others below. The account registration fails at the Personal Profile tab, one step before "completed". No matter how you fill it out, you either get the Reload error, the perpetual spinning circle, or both. Chat gets you absolutely nowhere and I've learned that calling doesn't help much either. Just limited information and a run-around on how to fix it that includes some other website they told me to "request to update my information' at the following website that doesn't have any way to do so. (Then they told me to read more about their help section.) So it appears that they have a serious problem that they don't really want to escalate internally for.

Same issues reported a couple days ago - can’t register a new account due to server issues. Happens through web site and the NCEL app. Chat disconnected by two useless reps over 40 minutes who took minutes between responses after they seemed to not care about it.
